Browndages was founded in 2018 when Intisar Mahdi and her husband, Rashid, were inspired to provide a better experience for their family. “The bandages we were buying did not match the flesh of our family, so we decided to start our own company. We had the idea to produce a bandage that matched the varying shades of brown, not only in our family but throughout the world. Thus, Browndages was born!” The Assorted Shade and Single Shade Browndages come in five shades – Ebony, Mocha, Caramel, Wheat, and Sand – made to compliment and blend with the complexions of black and brown people.
